Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use in conjunction with our Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”) are the entire agreement between Bold Thunk Inc. (“we”) and you (“you” or the “User”). These Terms govern your use of the Website (as defined below) and Products (as defined below).

By downloading, installing and using the Products (as defined below) and making use of the Website (as defined below) and/or explicitly accepting the Agreement, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by it.

If you do not agree to this Agreement, you do not have our permission to, and may not use the Products (as defined below) in any way. The Products (as defined below) are offered to you conditional on your acceptance of this Agreement.

We may make changes to this Agreement from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date given above. Modifications are effective upon publication. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement frequently and to remain informed of any changes to them. The then-current version of this Agreement will supersede all earlier versions.

You agree that your continued use of our Products (as defined below) after such changes have been published will constitute your acceptance of such revised Agreement. Disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved in accordance with the version of these terms that was in effect at the time the dispute arose.

Definitions

When used in the Terms of Use, the following terms shall have the following meaning:

Website: www.typeaudio.app
Products: the software products provided by Bold Thunk Inc. at the Website. This includes all present and future versions of the products including any updates, upgrades or maintenance releases.
User: every natural person who has downloaded and uses the Product or uses the Website and has thus accepted the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Orders and Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

License

The Products are licensed, not sold. Payment for Products is for a single User license.

For as long as the User is not in breach of the Terms of Use, Bold Thunk Inc. grants the User a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-rentable, worldwide and revocable license to download, install and use the Products as a single person who uses the Products personally on one or more computers or workstations.

License Termination

Bold Thunk Inc. reserves the right to terminate the User license without notice if

the User is (or has been known to) sharing the Products on other sites (either free or paid).
the User is (or has been known to) reselling the Products.
the User is (or has been known to) using a version of the Products not purchased from our Website.

Warranty and Support

Unless specifically provided otherwise in the Terms of Use, all Products are provided by Bold Thunk Inc. 'as is' & 'as available' and without warranty of any kind to the extent allowed by the applicable law.

Support for Products is provided as long as said Products are still actively in development.

While we attempt to provide the best support possible for our products, we do not guarantee that any particular support query can, or will be answered to the extent, or within a time frame that the inquirer is completely satisfied.

Updates and Maintenance

We may provide updates or maintenance releases of the Products. Updates for our Products are provided as long as said Products are still actively in development.

While we aim to ensure the Products remains current, we do not guarantee that updates will not affect its use or introduce new faults.

Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with the Products, we provide a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Severability

If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain binding on the User.
